Fall Ball Schedule 2025 (coming Sept)
Registration opens late summer early fall. Fall ball runs September - December as a 12 week off season softball program that will work on agility, hitting, fielding drills, pitching, catching and team bonding. We meet 1-2x per week depending on positions, holidays and coaches availability. Due to our limited space we ask that you register on time so we can determine cage times and your player gets the most out of Fall Ball.
Practices take place in our facility at 311 Price Street Unit B or local field.
Must be registered prior to attending.

Fall Ball FAQ?
What is the schedule?
Schedules are highly dependent on how many players we have. Registering on time is important for us to make a solid schedule. If we get too many in one group we might have to do 2 groups.
What does my Fall Ball fee cover?
Fall Ball fee covers a small percentage of our optional costs to run the program. Coaches and board members are all volunteers and don't get paid. Other opportunities are separate fees.
Why does it cost less for SHS players and 8U Cage.
SHS players will also have open cages ran by the high school at the high school and that is their priority. Since they are still apart of our program and some girls want more, we offer one day a week for them. 8U only goes one day a week. Less for less.
What if you can only make 1 day a week? And participate in other activities?
We encourage other activities and are flexible. If you plan to participate in 7v7, being in our Fall Ball program or SHS Softball Program is required. We will be supportive if you can't always make cage.
What if I've never played before?
This is the perfect time and place to start. No experience is required and without the pressure of games right away it's a great time to focus on the fundamentals.
Do I need any gear?
We have everything needed at the cage, with the exception of extra mitts. We do sell gear bat packs that the girls travel with you will see that option on our site (Easton bat bag with last name and Easton Helmet).
Who will my coach be?
Coaches rotate some in the off season cages, so you may have more then one coach, or see a high school softball player coaching younger players.
What happens after Fall Ball ends in December?
We have a super fun 7v7 indoor tournament in Juneau every January. Registration is separate and opens to Sitka Fastpitch and Sitka High Softball players. This is open to everyone in Sitka Fastpitch or SHS Softball.
What do you offer pre-season in the spring?
After 7v7 until Little League and High School start we will offer some clinics to prepare you for the season.
How do I get on a summer travel team?
